Why you got this
We show the work instead of pitching an idea.
BG Siteworks looks for small businesses whose current website doesn't reflect the quality of the business behind it — dated design, hard-to-use navigation, or no real online presence at all. Instead of sending a pitch and asking you to imagine what's possible, we build a complete, working redesign of your actual website first, using your real business information. If you like what you see, we'd like to talk. If not, no explanation is needed.
Somebody paid for that sign to be made properly. The website should hold the same standard.
What this means for you
What this does — and doesn't — mean.
Four things worth being explicit about, before you read anything else on this page.
This is a proposal, not an obligation.
You don't owe us a response, and nothing happens automatically if you don't reply.
Your existing website is untouched.
Your current site, domain, hosting, and email have not been changed or accessed beyond what's already public. The redesign is a separate, independent preview — your real site is still live, exactly as it was.
Nothing is public.
The demo you received is a private preview. It isn't published where customers or search engines can find it, and it isn't connected to your domain.
There's no cost or commitment to look at it.
Reviewing the demo doesn't sign you up for anything, and there's no follow-up sequence if you'd rather not continue.

Is this legitimate, or some kind of scam?+
BG Siteworks is an independent website design and development practice. We reach out with finished work instead of a cold pitch specifically so you can judge us on something real rather than take our word for it. If anything here feels off, the safest move is simply not to respond — we won't follow up repeatedly.
How did you build this without talking to me first?+
We research publicly available information about your business — things like your existing website, business listings, and public social profiles — the same way any customer could. We don't access private systems, accounts, or anything that isn't already public.
Did you make any changes to my actual website?+
No. The redesign is a separate, independent preview built from scratch using your public business information. Your existing website, domain, hosting, and email are untouched.
What does this cost?+
We haven't set a price for you, and this page won't invent one. If you're interested, cost and scope are things we work out together based on what you actually need.
What if I'm not interested?+
Nothing happens. You don't need to reply, and there's no follow-up sequence — this isn't that kind of outreach.
What happens to the demo if I don't respond?+
It stays offline and unpublished. It's never connected to your domain or made public unless you ask us to.
